OVERVIEW

Support that keeps the network mission-capable

JPLC provides critical IT help desk support covering hardware, software, and telecommunications: monitoring network operation, ensuring Department of Defense standards compliance, and guiding end users through the technical aspects of the network.

Our technicians administer and resolve user requests through approved service-desk tooling, troubleshooting by analyzing configurations and port allocations, distinguishing equipment, software, and LAN issues, and recommending acquisitions where they genuinely help, by phone or in person.

JPLC has delivered this support in collaboration with a Directorate for Information Management (DFIM), administering user requests through approved CA Unicenter Service Desk software: experience inside the DoD’s own tooling and standards, not just alongside them.

The result is a help desk that behaves like part of the command: compliant with DoD standards, responsive by phone or on site, and focused on making end users capable rather than dependent.
