OVERVIEW

Hands-on DoD logistics, CONUS and OCONUS

JPLC’s supply team is built from retired Army logisticians and DoD civilians who have run these operations in uniform. We deliver advance logistics and supply operational requirements through cost-effective, innovative solutions tailored to government and military customers.

We develop self-sustaining programs that support missions wherever they run: deploying workforce, materiel, and technology solutions while consistently delivering the highest level of performance within budget.

The scope runs from the warehouse floor to the property book: receipt, storage, and issue; installation-wide property accountability; fuel and subsistence; clothing and equipment issue; and the logistics information systems that tie it all together.

Because our leaders ran these operations in uniform, programs are built to sustain themselves: trained crews, documented processes, and performance that holds up CONUS or OCONUS, within budget.
